On Wednesday I had my falcon serviced, Richard and the team were fantastic. On Wednesday evening I bought a new car and on Friday evening (45 mins after closing time as I was held up) I picked up my new car! “I just wanted to say thank you and commend you on your excellent service. My old Ford's battery died recently and when I replaced it the radio required a security code. I called around the Ford dealerships in Darwin to get to get this code; I was quoted between $40 and $140 and at least a weeks waiting for a booking to take the radio out and 'get the code from behind it'. I called you guys as I have your business card in my car, and had my code within 5 minutes. The people I spoke to were friendly, polite and helpful.
