On Wednesday I had my falcon serviced, Richard and the team were fantastic. On Wednesday evening I bought a new car and on Friday evening (45 mins after closing time as I was held up) I picked up my new car! I work in customer service and so am very aware of when the service is good. The customer service was not good it was brilliant and second to none. “I just wanted to say thank you and commend you on your excellent service. My old Ford's battery died recently and when I replaced it the radio required a security code. I called around the Ford dealerships in Darwin to get to get this code; I was quoted between $40 and $140 and at least a weeks waiting for a booking to take the radio out and 'get the code from behind it'.
